Welcome to the new Town of View Royal Online Services.  We are pleased to offer our citizens and businesses the convenience of managing your accounts in a secure online environment.  Once registered, you can link your property tax, sewer utility and business licence accounts.

New users sign up by clicking Get Connected to link your accounts. 

Existing users click Login.  Once logged in you will be able to link additional accounts.

You can now access the following services all in one place:

  • Business licence renewals and online payments
  • Property tax and sewer utility balances including recent payments
  • Access your property's legal description, assessment history and tax levies
  • Sign up for e-billing to receive notices and bills via email
  • Download and print your bills

The Internet browser you use will affect your experience using this online service.  It is recommended that you use Google Chrome or Firefox.

To sign up for property tax or sewer utility e-billing:  

  1. Click on the Get Connected button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and click Show Me How.
  2. Enter your account number and access code/PIN from your prior year property tax notice or prior year sewer utility invoice.
  3. Select your preferred billing options and enter your email address for e-billing preferences.
  4. If you are not a registered user, follow the steps to create a username and password.

NEW Home Owner Grant in 2021

Starting May 2021, you will apply for your home owner grant online with the Province.  Municipalities are no longer accepting applications.  Program eligibility is unchanged.  In order to avoid penalties and interest, apply before the tax due date, starting May 2021.
